Use this delicious cheese spread on bread, crakers or anything you need some cheesy goodness for.
2 cups cashews that have been soaked in water overnight
1 tablespoon apple cider vinager
1 tablespoon lemon
Slat and pepper
Garlic and/or chives optional
Put the cashews, apple cider vinegar, lemon, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor and start slowly blending together while adding water until you reach the desired consitency. Add garlic if desired or chopped some chives and mix into the cream. Enjoy!
