Homemade Hemp Milk

Hempseed is a great tasting, nutritious nut-free alternative. I love it for my smoothies and iced matcha lattes. 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Hemp heart Seeds

4 cups filtered water

 2 Medjool dates

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

Preparation:

In a blender place the hemp seeds, water, dates and vanilla extract. Blend for about two minutes or until completely smooth.

Store in the fridge.
