Raw Cacao Milk

I like raw cacao milk hot or cold depending on my mood and the weather. It is usually the same recipe, but I just transfer it to the Stove when I want to warm it up. I am in profound love with cacao and the darker the better so I usually tell people to find their own preference when it comes to making the strength of the drink. I find it to be a personal thing.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 table spoon organic raw cacao (this makes a dark cacao drink, add more or less depending on your preference)

1/2 tablespoon raw cacao nibs

1 cup homemade almond milk or coconut milk

1 tablespoon raw honey

1/2 tablespoon flaxseeds

If you like to spice it up I often add ginger, turmeric and black pepper.

Preparation:

Place all ingridients in a blender. Blend until smooth
