Mix Radish Salad with Mango Dressing

Radishes  are great for purifying the blood and detoxifying the system specially the liver. They boost your metabolism and do wonders for your health. 

The Mango dressing has great anti inflammatory ingredients that will also aid your liver.

Ingredients:

5 different kind radishes of your choice sliced in the mandolin. 

1 gold beet sliced in mandolin

1 small carrot sliced in mandolin

2 chopped stem garlic greens

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Mango Dressing:

1/2 Mango 

1/4 cup of olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 tablespoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 tablespoon lemon

Preparation:

Blend all the dressing ingredients until smooth consistency. In a bowl mix radishes, beets, carrots, garlic greens, cilantro  and dressing. The dressing might make enough for another batch of salad so add slowly until desired amount.
